Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our photo booth services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

  • 1. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept payments via Cash App or Zelle. Failure to complete payment may result in losing your desired date and time.

    2. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (which must be stated and is at our discretion), you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

    3. Service Duration & Setup: The photo booth will be available for use during the contracted period. Additional time may be requested at an extra cost. We require at least 30 minutes for setup and breakdown. This time is not included in the rental period. The client must ensure the venue allows adequate time for setup and removal.

    4. Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides sufficient space, a standard electrical outlet, and a stable surface for setup. Outdoor setups must be protected from extreme weather conditions> The client is responsible for informing us of stairs and elevations to enable proper planning. If the venue does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service without a refund.

    5. Guest Conduct & Liability: Guests must use the photo booth respectfully. Any intentional damage to equipment will be charged to the client. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who behaves inappropriately or disruptively. The client assumes responsibility for any liability resulting from their event’s use of the photo booth.

    6. Photo & Media Usage: We may use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Guests are permitted to share and print their photos for personal use but may not use them for commercial purposes without permission.

    7. Technical Issues & Force Majeure: We strive to provide a seamless experience, but in the event of technical failures, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them. If service is interrupted due to technical issues, we will offer a partial refund or extended service time if feasible. We are not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, extreme weather, or emergencies). These circumstances will be communicated to the client.

    8. Privacy & Data Protection: Any digital copies of photos taken at the event will be stored securely and deleted after 14 days unless otherwise requested. We do not share client or guest information with third parties without the consent of the client or guest.

    9. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zeeh Premium Services LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their event’s use of the photo booth.

    10. Agreement & Amendments: By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
