Frequently asked questions

  • Are you able to travel?
    Yes, we ask for a travel fee for events that are greater than 30 miles away. We can travel to anywhere in the CSRA in Georgia, but we are unable to fly out of Georgia for now.

  • Do you allow for event rescheduling?

    We understand that life happens, and we try to work with you. You can reschedule your event 30 days before your proposed date, provided the date is available on our end. Your initial deposit is valid for another 90 days after the date of deposit. Please note that the new package rates may apply

  • Can I book extra hours?

    You can add extra hours to your package for $100 per hour. Please inform us at least 3 days prior to your event, so we can make arrangements. We do not allow for additional hours during your event.

  • How far in advance do I need to book?

    Dates are available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates can fill up quickly!
